Back to jog

It's been a while now I guess. I am back at work. Though work has been busy and tiring, it keeps me away from thinking too much. I have just started back to jog this evening. Muss was in the mood, so we made it a point to go for a jog every evening until the event this Sunday.

Oh yes, there is a run happening this coming Sunday organized yearly by some organizations and it's like one of the biggest events in town. After being away from the gym and jog for the past one month, I guess I need to do alot more to gain back the stamina. It's gonna be 10km this time.

This evening in the park, I just realized how beautiful the set up was. There was a fountain and background musics were playing so soothing. I was jogging like a rabbit, jumping up n down, left and right, following the momentum of the musics itself. So pretty, free and easy after a tense working day.

I am gonna miss a few friends who are most probably leaving the company soon. Time flies really fast. I can imagine my next departure but dunno when it will come. Until then, let's just enjoy my presence.

A blog for Him

I would like to put down a gratitude note to this nice samaritan, who happened to cross my path yesterday afternoon. As mentioned in Albom's earlier book, strangers do cross paths without realizing it and it indirectly makes a difference to our lives. When I started to move my car from the parking space, I heard some dragging noise from the front of the car. Noting something wasn't right, I came down and had a look. The tires were alright. I tried to drive again and the noise came back. A guy came out from no where and he was alighting me that the car plate had fallen off. So I went to check out with him. He offered to fix it and brought along his tools. Of course we were doing together under the hot scorching sun. He really did it whole heartedly. Soon, I was able to drive back. Before I left, I offered him some money as a token of appreciation but he refused and said he was sincere in helping. When someone almost told me that people in this world are unreliable, I felt that this incident at least reminds me that there are still nice people exist among us. Thanks bro!

A week with MH, Addy and Choonie..

Hi guys,

This blog comes a week later than expected. Last week, the three stooges from KL flew all the way over for a fabulous week of bitches, oppss beaches, sun and sea! These fellow really know how to enjoy life, I'll tell you why.

Well, as a friendly host as ever, I took sometime off from work to be with them, making sure these people well-behaved and well-fed! Am I right or what? haha...sure choonie agrees with that coz he took so many pictures of food which could stimulate the salivary glands instantly. From fabulous seafoods to german sausages, opss...yea, we went for german but the sausages I am not sure if that's the trademark there, but we left with a full stomach.

Again I have to comment so much on food. We were eating and eating, I have lost count on the places we went just for food. The italian restaurant we went after dinner supposedly for dessert but ended up with pizzas, etc...hmmm you guys need so much of discipline when it comes to eating next time, haha.

Ok, MH, Addy and Choonie spent most of the day in one of the luxuriest resorts here from Day 1. It was abit secluded but I am glad they had so much relaxing moment at the resorts, swimming and resting. We even had our buffet (eating again) there like the one highlighted here, chocolate fondue with me having the marshymellow in my stuffed oral cavity.

Then when we went back to the room, we found a strange green box on the table. Being suspicious I sneaked into the box and saw a luvly b'day cake. Hmm...after so many denials from MH and Choonie, I finally called up the reception and it was actually a complimentary for Addy! So nice of them. Then Choonie performed a sensual dance, ahaks, with all the lightings off but putting the disco light on. He didn't really pull it off but we accepted that's all he could do, ahaha..

We spent the Friday mostly on the islands. Hoping from one to another. It was a nice boat ride and MH with Addie spent the time on the beach cam-whoring (too much of blog reading!) Choonie spent most of the time feeding the colourful fish in the ocean. I am sure the fish gonna miss him so much coz they actually bit his finger!! and yes, it bled. What a romantic way to leave a momento like this.

Then Addy came with the rescue, tiger balm....errr... actually when I was suggesting to put some cream, I meant lotion and not tiger balm. I was kinda speechless coz the next moment Choonie was yelling in pain! It's not my fault Choonie...

We also took sometime visiting the museum, walking around the town, going here and there. This is the second visit for the three stooges and I am always so glad to welcome them back again. They are so kewl and full of attitude! ahaha kidding la. They are FUN! Don't have many pics to show. The above are courtesy from Choonie and MH. P/S: The above events are not in sequential order.

Hmmm...me looking so artsy. hehe...
