What a talk!

Rainy day

Finally, after many days of draught, the sky decided to pay a lil sympathy towards the drying fields and cracking lands. It was 7pm, after the carom game, there was a sudden downpour outside. Everyone was relief, yet cautious coz this might turn to be another episode of flood!

Well, as for me, I'd welcome the rain although it poured at the very wrong time when I was about to leave the carom game for home. Nevertheless, that short downpour has certainly brought down the temperature a lil and easing the rest tonight. Afterall it's weekend!

There is a feast at the local cultural house where pageants and local delicacies are displayed. I heard si Jacklyn is participating the pageant. Shar is going tomorrow as the standby paramedic and invited me to join. I've in fact heard bout it this morning from the driver when he was driving me to the talk this so the very early morning (pardon ma english, coz it's really b...dy early) I slept late to prepare for the talk, so of coz ma mood was a lil...or let's put it this way, sensitive(wink wink). But I did pull it off so nicely, that one thing was so fun! The crowd was the largest thus far for me to handle a talk. I was sooo excited ( I know it sounds insane, but I was excited indeed) esp when the mic was in the hand. Mic was working, I knew I nailed it, hehe. And it went like a life telecast forum as some of the staff were literally recording the talk. Ah..nevermind. Maybe I was just over the top and hallucinating, hehe.

Ok, received an order yesterday to attend a compulsory kinda national course next week. Again, need to be away from home. Argghh... Whatever la. I am just hoping the ONE ABOVE will be kind enough to let me through successfully all the hardships I am working on now.
